Marketo Administrator

Duration: 4 month contract to hire
Job Description:

Manage administration and expanded use of Marketo as the marketing automation platform

Utilize Javascript, HTML, and CSS to ensure a successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within Marketo.

Work with the Marketing team to target content for email nurturing and programs that move leads through the buying process

Establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities

Develop campaign landing pages

Track and measure marketing campaign ROI, attribution, and sales effectiveness

Help Marketing team create marketing KPI dashboards and other reports for executive review

Work with outside marketing agencies, CRM team (admins/developers), and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure data is clean, campaigns are executed on time, and marketing metrics are reported accurately
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred

3+ years of experience as an administrator of Marketo – certification preferred but not required

Advanced experience with developing and maintaining Marketo

Understanding of the lead funnel and strategies to optimize lead conversions

Basic experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript

Marketing operations experience as it relates to email nurturing, funnel optimization, and database management

Thorough understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
