Marketo Administrator – Contract Position

Marketo Administrator

Location-Type: REMOTE
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: 4 month contract to hire

 

Job Description:

  • Manage administration and expanded use of Marketo as the marketing automation platform

  • Utilize Javascript, HTML, and CSS to ensure a successful configuration, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing programs within Marketo.

  • Work with the Marketing team to target content for email nurturing and programs that move leads through the buying process

  • Establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities

  • Develop campaign landing pages

  • Track and measure marketing campaign ROI, attribution, and sales effectiveness

  • Help Marketing team create marketing KPI dashboards and other reports for executive review

  • Work with outside marketing agencies, CRM team (admins/developers), and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure data is clean, campaigns are executed on time, and marketing metrics are reported accurately

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred

  • 3+ years of experience as an administrator of Marketo – certification preferred but not required

  • Advanced experience with developing and maintaining Marketo

  • Understanding of the lead funnel and strategies to optimize lead conversions

  • Basic experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript

  • Marketing operations experience as it relates to email nurturing, funnel optimization, and database management

  • Thorough understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
